skinned and boned chicken breasts
8 tbsp
cream
6 tsp
lemon juice
3 tbsp
chopped parsley
2
plain yoghourts
1 tsp
grated lemon peel
1 tsp
oregano
1/2 tsp
celery salt
1/2 tsp
powdered garlic
1/2 tsp
thyme
Pepper

How to prepare Chicken breast with sauce

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 190ºC. Grease an oven dish and place the chicken breasts inside. Mix the rest of the ingredients, spoon over the chicken breasts and bake for 25 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave for a further 10 minutes.

Step 2

Cover with aluminium foil if browning too quickly. Serve with rice pilaff and broccoli or green beans.
