Lightly fry the chicken cut into 8 pieces in 5 spoonfuls of peanut oil.
When it starts to golden, add the onion chopped into fine rings, the peeled and crushed tomato and the 2 tablespoons of tomato concentrate. Add the chopped chilli, the coconut milk and the water with the 2 JUMBO Chicken Cubes. Leave to boil for 40 minutes.
Grind the peanuts in the grinder and add them to the sauce, stirring to avoid it sticking to the bottom. This dish can be accompanied with white rice.
