Cook the chicken, bone it and chop it. Cook the vermicelli, place under running water for 1 minute, drain and fry in the oil.
Sautée the onion. When it is brown, add the flour and the curry and two cubes of JUMBO Chicken and stir. Add the stock a little at a time and stir until medium-thick.
Put half of the vermicelli in a baking pan, add a little grated cheese and then a little curry sauce. Place the chicken on the top, then the rest of the vermicelli, sauce and grated cheese. Put the baking pan in the oven. Serve hot.
