Leave the beans to soak for 24 hours and cook in boiling water until soft (approx. 2 hours).
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and sauté the lamb and sausages until golden, then cover with the broth (2 cubes of JUMBO Jumbo with 1 litre of water) until tender.
Place the beans on a baking tray and mix in with the meats. Add the rest of the broth and the remaining ingredients. Cook at 180°C for around one hour. Serve immediately.
