Cook the potatoes with the cube of JUMBO Chicken. Peel and mash them. Clean the fish and mash it.
Mix the potato, fish, parsley, salt, pepper and egg yolk. Mould the paste into balls or croquettes, dip in beaten egg and toss in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil. Remove and place over newspaper to soak up the oil. Garnish and serve.
