Ingredients

fillets of white fish

100 ml
of vinegar
1 spoonful
of peppercorns
2 spoonfuls
of oil

4 spoonfuls
of flour
10 spoonfuls
of peanut oil

How to prepare Fish yassa

Step 1

Put the lime juice, vinegar, peppercorns, the two tablespoons of oil, the chopped onion and 2 teaspoons of JUMBO fish stock powder in a deep dish. Then place the fish fillets in the dish and leave them to marinate for a few hours (at least 3). Turn them over from time to time.

Step 2

Once done, drain the fish, roll it in flour and fry it in peanut oil for 10 minutes. Then remove the fish from the pan and add the onion that was left to marinate. Let it cook until it becomes soft, place the fish in the pan again and cover it with the marinating juices again and cover it with the marinating juices, cooking on a low heat for 10 minutes. Serve with white rice or sliced potato.
