Crush the peanuts in a blender, then add to a pan with the crushed garlic, honey, pepper and crumbled Jumbo stock cube.
In a frying pan, sauté the chopped onion and add the chicken; when the chicken is golden, add the nut mixture and leave to boil on a low heat for around 10 minutes. Serve with basmati rice and stir-fried carrots and bean sprouts.
