Soak the chick peas for 24 hours. Mix the onion with salt and pepper, sautée the onion and crushed garlic. Add the tomato and the chick peas and, when soft, add the tripe.
Separate a little broth from the tripe, add the JUMBO Lamb cubes and the pepper according to taste. Simmer for 15 minutes. Ready to serve.
