Ingredients

1kg
turkey thighs
12 cloves
of garlic
2 tsp.
ground black pepper
½ cup
of olive oil
½ cup
of brown sugar
2 tsp.
ground ginger
1 cup
of apple juice

How to prepare Turkey with garlic and ginger

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Make a small cut in each turkey thigh and insert a clove of garlic, then place them on a baking tray.

Step 2

Sprinkle with pepper and 2 tablespoons of crushed JUMBO Chicken stock. Add the oil and roast for around ½ hour.

Step 3

While the turkey is roasting, mix together the sugar, ginger and apple juice. Reduce in a pan to about half the quantity. Coat the turkey with mix and continue to roast. Serve with rice.
